DO'S
|
♦Follow manufacturer's blade recommendation for materials being cut.
Check for suitablility of cutting dry.
♦Inspect diamond blade for damage prior to mounting on saw. Check arbor
shaft and flanges for damage or uneven wear.
♦Be sure blade is mounted on correct diameter shaft with arrow in the proper
direction of rotation and blade shaft nut is securely tightened with a wrench.
♦Inspect blade periodically during use for fatigue, cracks, and segment damage.
♦When using water, check for continuous flow to both sides of blade.
♦Follow maufacturers recommended pulley sizes and operating speeds for specific diameter blades.
♦ALWAYS WEAR PROPER SAFTY EQUIPMENT!

DONT'S
|
♦Never operate equipment without proper guards and safety equipment installed.
♦Do not exceed maximum operating speed established by the blade diameter.
♦Do not dry cut with a blade recommended for only wet cutting.
♦Do not force blade into the material being cut.
♦Do not make long continuous cuts with a dry blade. Stop frequently to allow the blade to cool
♦Do not cut or grind with the side of the blade, or try to cut a curve or radius.
♦Do not operate saw with blade diameter larger than machine's intended capacity.
